If we haven't begun development of your website/e-commerce store then we'll gladly give you your money back, but if you've put a deposit down and we've hit a milestone then it will be non-refundable. However, if you'd like to stop your projects in its tracks then we won't charge you for the remaining milestones. Sounds fair, right?

Yes! If you need to cancel, or pause for a little while you can and we totally understand. Business has ups and downs and if you ever need to figure things out rest easy knowing you can put us on hold.
